Product Data & Marketplace Feeds

Clean product data, ready for shopping channels and marketplaces.

  • Delivered remotely
  • Fixed price, excluding VAT
  • Scope confirmed in writing before kickoff
  • 14-day aftercare after handover

Overview

We clean and structure your product data, add the attributes each channel requires and set up automated feeds, so your catalogue appears correctly wherever you sell or advertise.

Shopping ads and marketplaces reject or bury products with missing identifiers, vague titles or the wrong category. We fix the data at the source — in your store — so every channel benefits, then connect the feeds and work through the first errors until they are resolved.

  • Audit of titles, descriptions, identifiers (GTIN, MPN), categories and images
  • Attribute mapping to each channel’s product taxonomy
  • Title and description rules that scale across the catalogue
  • Product structured data on your store’s product pages
  • Automated feed set-up with a refresh schedule
  • Clean-up of errors and warnings during the first two weeks

What you receive

  • Live, approved feeds for the chosen channels
  • A data-quality report, before and after
  • Feed rules documented so your team can maintain them

What we need from you

  • Product identifiers from your suppliers, where they exist

Not included

Questions

What is a GTIN, and do we need one?

A GTIN is the number behind a product’s barcode (EAN or UPC). Channels usually require it for branded products; products you make yourself can normally be declared as custom products instead. We check each case.

Will all our products be approved?

Each channel applies its own policies. We fix the data problems that cause rejections and report anything that is a policy decision for you to make.
