Whether you buy a fixed-price package or ask for a custom quote, the work follows the same four stages, and each stage ends with something you can check.
Stage 1

Order or enquiry
You order a package online or describe what you need. For packages, the description on the package page is the starting scope.

An order reference, or a call booked to discuss your enquiry
Stage 2
02
Scope confirmation
We review your order, ask what we need to know and confirm the scope in writing: objectives, deliverables, exclusions, what we need from you and dates. Nothing starts until you agree it.

A written scope, a kickoff date and confirmation of payment
Stage 3
03
Delivery
A named lead runs the work in milestones. You review each milestone within 5 business days, and your feedback is built in before we move on.

Stage 4
04
Handover and aftercare
Documentation, credentials and training are handed over. Defects in what we delivered are fixed at no cost for 14 days after handover.
