Overview
A remote helpdesk for your staff, monitoring and patching of devices, user management and a monthly report — with response targets set for each plan.
Instead of asking whoever happens to know computers, your team gets one address for IT problems and a provider that already knows your set-up. We fix issues remotely, keep devices updated, handle joiners and leavers, and tell you each month what we did and what we recommend.

Questions
What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 UK time, excluding public holidays in England and Wales. Requests sent outside these hours are picked up the next business day.
Is there a minimum term?
Three months, paid in advance for the period you choose (3 to 12 months).
